Lucas has always been an avid runner since childhood, Lucas has taken part in many events including 4 Half-Marathons and the 2015 Kraichgau IronMan 5150. He currently has his sights on the 2017 Paris Marathon.
Annie has been training acrobatics since childhood. Developing her physical abilities and competitive spirit, she has been taking part in a variety of sport events, such as the Men's Health Urbanathlon.
Antonio has been training since 2011. In 2014 and 2015 he became German Junior Squat Champion. In 2015 he also won the Croatia Junior Squat Championship. Marcus has started in his childhood years with Karate and in 1998 he started Thaiboxing. This was followed by association fights and fights in Thailand. He became European champion in professional K1 Boxing in 2013. Since 2008 he works as Thaiboxing coach and uses his long-time martial arts experience to teach younger hungry athletes. Marcus is a licensed boxing coach for competitive sports.
„Fall seven times, stand up eight“ that’s the motto Sandra lives for. She has always been interested in a healthy life and sport. Since she was a child she does sport multiple times in the week. A life without sport she couldn’t imagine. Sandra is currently studying health science on the TU in Munich, so sport and a healthy lifestyle aren’t only a hobby it’s her dream and her future plans too. Samara began her sport life by dancing and playing basketball, but when Samara decided to improve her body and lose weight, she finally found the right place for her: the gym. After losing 10kg through a clean diet and body weight training, Samara’s goal now is to improve her muscle mass through classic bodybuilding training. Striving towards a better physique and improving her body has been her passion for 3 years now. It’s what she loves and has always searched for. Akvile is a challenger since childhood and was for 10 years in Youth Basketball League. Now she is an avid runner, practices basics of yoga, pilates and fitness. For the last two years she has been setting goals in boxing and running. Her main future goal is to run the Berlin Marathon.
Martyna discovered yoga ten years ago, since then, her yoga practice has grown more and more until it has become her life philosophy. Martyna loves to teach her students to bring more awareness into their everyday life. Yoga is for her not only about perfect poses but more about balancing, becoming conscious about who we are, what we want and about bringing us back to our true selves. Martyna is Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Business Yoga Teacher based in Munich, Germany.
Yin started her fitness career when she was 23, because she needed some compensation during the challenging times of her studies. Later she changed her hole workfield towards the fitness market and began to learn more about sports science and sports management. With the work at different gyms, Yin discovered her passion for functional training and medical fitness, and has specialised on these fields. Today Yin is a personal trainer, entrepreneur and blogger.
