My name is Sandra and I am 18 years old. I started with Track and Field and now I do fitness, specifically bodybuilding. And, yeah, it is actually my great passion.
I am always motivated to be the best, to never give up, to set new goals and achieve them. It's the best feeling ever even if your training wasn't so good at first. Afterwards you know you did something good for your body and you can be happy and satisfied.
Well through sport I feel better and if you have goals and want to change your body, sport is the right way to get there.
I think we are our own biggest critics and that's good, because that way you can improve. Obviously I work for my body and I like the way it is, but it can always get better.
My diet is almost completely healthy, I cook my own meals and I check what and how much I eat and well try to do something nice for my body.
I would say that, yes you have to set your own goals and really want them, but people can train together and motivate each other and yes you can improve your body that way.
And yes it is good for me, also generally if I had an argument with friends I did sport to vent. And afterwards I already feel better.
