Samara began her sport life by dancing and playing basketball, but when Samara decided to improve her body and lose weight, she finally found the right place for her: the gym. After losing 10kg through a clean diet and body weight training, Samara’s goal now is to improve her muscle mass through classic bodybuilding training. Striving towards a better physique and improving her body has been her passion for 3 years now. It’s what she loves and has always searched for. Lisa's sport life started by playing tennis at 6 years old. At the age of 8 she switched to martial arts. Horse riding has also always been part of her life. At 14 she started to get interested in fitness and wanted to join a gym to perfect her body.
